I am a patient person but when it comes to my adult daughter having her wisdom’s extracted is a serious situation when problems arise and no one responds to your on call request reporting issues that has occurred with severe swelling, throwing up 🤮 constantly can’t keep her pain medication down seeing her glands expand and swelling in her neck as uncomfortable as she has been throughout she is trying to stay hopeful the situation will get handled or someone will respond to our Three urgent 🚨 calls to help my daughter. Why have a system in place and not one Doctor on call ☎️ Even calls you so unprofessional and carelessness for your patient… Very disappointing and disheartening for her to go through this… Need I say more!!!’

Just moved to palm bay area and had to find a dentist. Tbh, had not seen a dentist in a while. Like who likes a dentist 😂. When i found this office, from the front desk ladies, the dental hygienist, dental assistant and dentist were all very pleasant and super friendly. Had a really good experience. Had to do a deep cleaning cause you know, didn’t take care of my mouth. It hurt a little, but i took it like a champ. 😀 The dental hygienist was super gentle as she could be, explained everything and gave tips. Gonna make them my primary.

Billing nightmare . I must say my experience was good , I got an appointment quickly and they did the cleaning and X-rays in one day . What ended up being a nightmare was the bill. We called this office to verify they accepted our insurance since it was on the list provided by the insurance . They told us yes . A couple weeks later we had an appointment and I paid a co-payment of $108 . They send me a bill of $425 , which doesn't even reflect my co-payment . Why the fraudulent practices ? they legally never told me they left my insurance network before my service .which is illegal! I feel completely defrauded by this office . They also assigned me to a doctor who was not the doctor they registered with my insurance . So either way they made sure they would have gotten paid without legally telling me I was going to be self pay . They misrepresented them self completely and that is considered fraud . I was told I can report the fraud to the board and various other avenues if they don't waive the bill for fraud and misrepresentation.

I made an appointment for a cleaning, after waiting for the requisite for insurance to cover X-Rays. Showed up to my appointment and was taken to a room. I then proceeded to wait at least 15-20 minutes before the technician came to take the X-Rays. Waited another 10 minutes for the dentist to spend 2 minutes looking at X-Rays, tapping on my teeth, then leaving. I waited another 15-20 minutes for my cleaning. When the technician came back and said I could go - that I'm "all done". NO CLEANING! Come to find out they didn't even have me down for a cleaning, just X-Rays. Who goes to a dentist for X-Rays only??? I was furious when I left.

Always a friendly staff! I love that they let you know the costs up front - all your decision. Dr. M is nice, he explains what he is doing & is very gentle - he actually has a sense of humor! Overall - I love this place. I will highly recommend & have told others from L3Harris to try them. Thanks guys!!!
